Matt Damon should be first on that list.
This decade should go to Matt Damon, with Leonardo DiCaprio in close second.
But really, you need to add Matt Damon to that list, NOW!

Forget Oscars. Forget box office. Which leading actor and actress had the best batting average of the last 10 years? The most consistent body of work, the highest good-to-bad, one-for-me, one-for-them ratio?

Best Film, Best Director, Best Actor (Dustin Hoffman)
Although it would be worse if the actors clothed would be (as is usually done) in a homogenized plastic armor with a German helmet, cuirass Italian and Scandinavian sword. And - from different eras.
